Hours
- Monday to Friday: 8-10 am, 1-2 pm
- Saturday: 8 am-9 pm
- Sunday: 3-9 pm
Where
Most notary services are provided at the Living Hope Baptist Church office, located at 6310 Lyons Rd., Garland, Texas 75043 (SE parking lot main entrance). Immediate service is also available at hospitals, assisted living facilities, funeral homes, banks, or schools if needed.
Requirements
- A valid driver's license.
- Witnesses must be present if required.
Fees
- $125.00 per hour (includes all stamps for multiple forms).
- Mobile Service: $5.00 per mile from the church office to the location.
- Weekend Rates: Saturdays and Sundays are $150.00 per hour plus $5.00 per mile.
